Blanc

  • Vignobles des 3 Chateaux has a short and long history in the region of Languedoc-Roussillon at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup. Languedoc’s wine growing history spans back to the arrival of the Greeks followed by the Romans re-inventing itself with each new period. In more recent times the winery was founded by 34 growers in 1950 with a mission to showcase the high quality of the northern Languedoc’s Pic Saint Loup growing region. In the last 10-15 years, the growers and winery have shown their commitment to sustainability by installing solar panels which produce 30% of the winery’s energy needs and converting their vines to organic farming starting in 2009.

  • Esprit Cépage (Varietal Spirit) : a wine range that highlights the characteristics of different grape varieties grown in the Languedoc. Sublimated by an exceptional terroir and climate, they reveal here all their finesse and freshness.

    ABV%: 13.5% ABV

  • 100% organic grapes produced in vineyards on gravel limestone-clay soil. Harvested at night, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Direct pressing, cold settling and thermo-regulated fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 60°F and 65°F.

Serve 55-60F. Bright color with golden hues. Expressive nose of flowers and exotic fruits. Fleshy and balanced on the palate, it complements the harmonious feeling of freshness.

    ABV%: 13.5% ABV

  • This wine is produced from vineyards growing on gravel and limestone-clay soils. All organic fruit and winemaking practices. Destemmed and crushed, the must is vinified traditionally with around 15 days in concrete tanks. No oak aging or treatments.
